The chocolate factory I’ve been working with has been standing for a very long time. I suppose that I haven’t been born when that factory was constructed. Although there was some remodeling, the roof is just weak and I thought that it can’t stand with more years to come. Finally, the management came up with the idea of renovating the upper part of the factory.

Now that the factory has been remodeled, I feel like I am more dedicated to my work. I care about my job and the renovation made me more inspired to work harder.
