For ten years now, I have had the number one website when it comes to homemade all occasion cards. For some reason, I have fallen to number ten this past month and show no signs of climbing back up the ladder. I called the guy who helped me to build the site and asked him for help. He explained that a lot of site owners are doing one way link building these days and they will probably continue to do it and keep me in tenth place or lower, if I do not start having one way links built for my site.

I asked him how I went about getting these one way links and he laughed and told me that he would work on some for me and then just send me the bill at the end of the month. I agreed and hoped that the one way link building would put me back into the top of the search engines once again.

It too, six months, of paying for continues one way links but I got back in the top spot again. If you type in homemade all occasion cards, my site will be the first one you see.

A few years back my sister was looking for a NC roofing contractor to shingle her house. Her roof was leaking in a few spots every time that it rained pretty hard. She had five or six buckets on hand to catch the water when it rained. The house was well overdue for a new shingle roof to say the least.

In NC it can rain a lot so it was a big problem. But because of the warm weather year round there were a lot of roofing contractors to choose from. She began looking for them online and found about three that she really liked. One company was also a siding contractor which I think was a good thing because she also had some vinyl siding issues on the house that needed some attention.

I showed up for all three estimates because I did not want someone taking advantage of my sister. All the companies seemed pretty professional and were all about the same price. So she ended up going with the one that could also take care of the vinyl siding issue along with the roof.

The NC roofing contractor and his crew did a wonderful job on my sister’s house and she has since recommended them to her family and friends. I am glad for such a professional and reliable company. They deserve the work that my sister is bringing them through word of mouth.
